What You Can Now Do
Context Memo now lets you review and approve each step of the campaign ad creation process from your brand's offer before the draft kit is generated in the simulator. Previously the simulator ran the sequence end to end and handed you a finished draft kit. Now each intermediate output stops and waits for you. You see the ad copy generated from your offer at the point it is produced, not after everything downstream has already been built on top of it. The decision this changes: you approve or correct positioning, claims, and offer framing while the correction is cheap, instead of regenerating a completed kit because one upstream ad misread your offer.
Where It Is in Context Memo
The change lives in the simulator, inside the campaign ad creation workflow that runs from your brand's offer through to draft kit generation. When you start a campaign ad run, the simulator now presents each generated step for review on screen with the generated ad content and a gate you have to clear before the next step runs. Draft kit generation is the final stage and does not begin until the preceding steps are approved.
How to Use It
- Open the simulator and start a campaign ad run against the brand offer you want to test. The workflow begins at the first ad generation step rather than running straight to a kit.
- Read the generated output for step one against your offer. Check the claim, the audience framing, and any product detail the model inferred rather than pulled from your offer.
- Approve the step if the output matches your offer. The simulator advances and generates the next step using the version you approved.
- If something is off, correct or regenerate at that step before approving. Nothing downstream is built until you clear the gate, so the fix applies to every later step.
- Repeat the review for each remaining step until the sequence is complete. You now have an approval trail for every intermediate output in the run.
- Trigger draft kit generation once the final step is approved. The kit is assembled from the outputs you signed off on, not from unreviewed intermediates.
Why We Built It
Customers told us they were catching problems in ad generation only after the full draft kit was complete. By then the misalignment had propagated: one wrong read of the offer upstream shaped every asset built on top of it, and the only remedy was to throw out the kit and run it again. That is wasted cycle time on work that was already reviewable, plus the slower cost of a marketer losing confidence in outputs they never got to inspect. Gating each step turns a post hoc audit into an approval, which is how the rest of the memo workflow already works.
What It Does Not Do Yet
The review is required, not optional. You cannot skip ahead to draft kit generation, which is deliberate for teams that need an approval trail on generated claims, but it does mean short exploratory runs take more clicks than they used to. Approvals are also per step, so there is no single action that clears an entire sequence at once. If you are running many near identical campaign variants, expect to review each one on its own. Teams handling volume are better served by settling the offer input first, since a clean offer produces fewer corrections at the gates than a vague one does.
