What You Can Now Do
Context Memo has moved Problems into the Brand section of the main navigation, where you can now access it as a tab, with supporting pages organized as tabs for easier discovery and navigation. The practical effect: everything that describes how AI models currently represent your brand now sits in one place, behind one click, instead of being scattered across separate menu entries. When you open Brand, you're looking at your brand record and the problems your buyers are actually asking about side by side. That changes what you do first in a session. Instead of hunting for the Problems list, then backtracking to check the brand context that informs it, you read both in sequence and decide which prompts deserve a memo this week.
Where It Is in Context Memo
Open the main navigation and select Brand. Problems is now a tab inside that section, alongside the other brand-level pages, which are also rendered as tabs rather than separate nav items. This is the new default organization for all accounts. No setting to toggle, no migration step. Your existing problems, prompts, and associated memos are unchanged; only the path to reach them is different.
How to Use It
- Click Brand in the main nav. You land on the brand overview with the supporting pages exposed as tabs across the top. Scan the tab row once so you know what lives in this section now.
- Open the Problems tab. You see the full list of buyer problems tracked for your brand, with their associated prompts and current scan state, in the same view you used before the change.
- Select a problem to see its prompts and model answers. You get the prompt set tied to that problem and how the models answered it, including which sources were cited. This is where you confirm whether your brand appears in the answer or a competitor does.
- Move between tabs to check your brand record against what the models say. Because the supporting pages are tabs in the same section, you can compare your stated positioning with the positioning the models are repeating back, without losing your place.
- Generate or assign a memo from the problem you just reviewed. The memo workflow is unchanged. You're reaching it from a shorter path.
- Update your bookmarks and any internal documentation. If your team has saved links or runbooks pointing to the old Problems location, repoint them to the Brand section so handoffs don't break.
Why We Built It
Customers told us they had to navigate through a less intuitive menu structure to find Problems and the related supporting pages. The cost was small per instance and large in aggregate: Problems is a page you return to constantly, because it's where the gaps live. Every extra click between "what are buyers asking" and "what does our brand record say" was friction in the one workflow that should be fastest. Information hierarchy matters more when the work is continuous, and AI visibility work is continuous. Grouping Problems under Brand reflects how the data actually relates. Problems are a property of your brand's representation in AI answers, not a separate destination.
What It Does Not Do Yet
The navigation is a fixed default. You can't reorder the tabs, pin a specific tab as your landing view, or customize which pages appear in the Brand section per user or per role. If different people on your team start in different places (an analyst in Problems, a content lead in memo drafts), each of them still clicks through the same default path. For now, the workaround is a direct browser bookmark to the tab each person uses most, which survives the reorganization and drops them straight where they need to be.
