What You Can Now Do
Context Memo now gives you a "Keep exploring" link on each JSG daily page, and it points to a related memo that no other page already recommends. Your daily page used to end where the day's entries ended. Now every one of them hands you a next read, and the selection logic deliberately skips memos that are already being surfaced somewhere else in the product. That changes one small but repeated decision: instead of opening search and guessing at a query when a daily page raises a question, you follow the link you're already looking at. Over a week of daily pages, you end up touching a wider slice of your own memo library rather than circling the same few pieces.
Where It Is in Context Memo
The link sits on the JSG daily page itself, inside the daily digest experience. No new menu item, no separate view. Open a daily page as you normally would and the "Keep exploring" link is on that page with the day's content, resolving to a single related memo.
How to Use It
- Open a JSG daily page from your daily digest. The day's entries load exactly as before.
- Locate the "Keep exploring" link on that page. It resolves to one related memo, chosen because nothing else in the product is currently recommending it.
- Click through. The related memo opens, and you can read, edit, or publish it from there as usual.
- Come back to the next day's page and click again. Because the selection excludes memos already recommended elsewhere, the destination differs from what other pages point to, so repeated use widens coverage instead of looping.
- When a memo you reach this way looks worth pushing, check it against your citation tracking and crawl data before you republish or update it. That tells you whether the memo is already being read by models or whether it needs work first.
- Do this for a full week of daily pages and note which memos you had forgotten existed. Those are the candidates for refresh, re-publishing, or retirement.
Why We Built It
Customers told us they wanted to find relevant related memos without having to search or navigate away from their daily page. The daily page was a dead end: read it, close it, then go hunt through the library by hand if something raised a question. That cost time on every session, and it quietly buried memos that were published but never linked from anywhere a person actually looks. Memos nobody revisits don't get updated, and memos that don't get updated stop earning citations.
What It Does Not Do Yet
The link points to one memo per daily page. You can't yet filter what it selects by persona, competitor, or topic cluster, and there's no way to pin a memo you want promoted or exclude one you don't. Selection draws from your published library, so if that library is small, the same handful of memos will come up across days. If you're early and still building out foundational content on your domain, get the library and the domain presence in place first; discovery links help most once there's real depth to route people through. This also stays inside the daily digest experience for now. It isn't a site-wide related-content system, and it doesn't touch navigation on your published memo pages.
