What You Can Now Do
Context Memo now delivers Pages on a schedule: you can subscribe to receive daily Pages by email at 4:15 AM, with formatted card URLs included. The practical difference is that you stop opening the app to find out whether today's Pages generated. If the email is in your inbox, the run completed. Each card in the email carries a resolved, shareable URL, so passing one specific card to a colleague or dropping it into a deal thread is a copy and paste instead of a search inside the product. The one habit this replaces is the morning check. Your review of Pages becomes something you do from your inbox, on the same schedule every day, and you escalate only when the email doesn't arrive.
Where It Is in Context Memo
This belongs to Pages. The subscription is an opt-in tied to Pages content rather than a separate email tool, and the daily send reflects what Pages generated that morning. The commits don't add a new top-level section, so look for the subscription control alongside your existing Pages view.
How to Use It
- Open Pages and turn on the daily email subscription. The subscription is confirmed with a 4:15 AM daily delivery time.
- Add the Context Memo sender address to your safe senders list, or build an inbox rule that routes the daily send to a dedicated folder. First-send deliverability is the most common failure point for any scheduled email, and a rule removes the guesswork.
- Wait for the next 4:15 AM send. The email that arrives contains that day's Pages, with each card rendered as a formatted URL.
- Click any card URL to open the full Page in Context Memo. Nothing is truncated or held back in the email version; the link resolves to the same content your team sees in the app.
- Copy a card URL directly out of the email into Slack, HubSpot, or a document when you need one specific finding in front of one specific person. The link is already formatted for sharing.
- For the first few days, compare the email against the Pages screen. Once you've confirmed the two match, treat the email as your daily source and drop the manual check.
Why We Built It
Customers told us they were checking Pages manually every day to see what was new, and that the checking itself was the work. When the habit slipped, Pages accumulated unreviewed, which is the worst possible outcome for content whose value is time-sensitive: a shift in how a model describes you matters most on the day it appears, not a week later. Sharing was the second friction point. Getting one card in front of one stakeholder meant opening the product, locating the card, and constructing a link. A scheduled email with formatted card URLs removes both steps.
What It Does Not Do Yet
The send time is fixed at 4:15 AM in this deploy. There is no per-subscriber schedule picker, so teams in other time zones will receive the email at whatever local hour corresponds to that send. If that lands badly for your working day, an inbox rule that surfaces the message at your start time is the workaround for now.
Delivery is email only. Slack alerts remain a separate capability in Context Memo and are not wired to this daily Pages send, so if Slack is where your team actually reads things, keep using the existing alerting rather than expecting this subscription to feed it.
Cadence is daily. Weekly or on-change digests aren't part of this release, which means the email arrives whether or not the underlying Pages content shifted meaningfully since yesterday. For accounts with low daily change, that's a consistent signal that generation ran, not a signal that something happened.
